As an ABM Specialist, you will collaborate with sales to define and execute account plans that span several touchpoints including events, advertising, email, web, and sales enablement. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and executing tailored marketing strategies that foster deeper relationships with our key accounts. You will partner closely with our Enterprise Compute sales team to deliver personalized experiences that expand engagement with our target accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to drive revenue growth and gain market share for Snapdragon X Elite among Enterprise customers.

  • Identify and targetkey accounts with high growth potential.

  • Research accounts and provide insights to regional sellers then with them craft account plans that leverage our broader demand-gen campaigns.

  • Collaborate with Demand Gen and Paid Mediateams to define and executecampaignsspanning several channels — digital, email, web, direct mail, developers, and partnerships.

  • Engage with target accounts at industry events, conferencesand tradeshows.

  • Track projects in Workfront to ensure flawless end-to-end execution of our ABM strategy.

  • Apply an experimentation mindset to campaigns to test, learn, and optimize.

  • Prepare and delivermonthly reports about campaign activity, segment performance, and influenced or attributed opportunities.

  • Keep your finger on the pulse of company diversification trends and spot new opportunities for ABM expansion.

  • Work with external agencies and partners to support ABM initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

OR

Associate's degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

OR

High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • At least 2 years of B2B ABM experience (bonus points for certification)

  • Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking

  • Dependable team player with ability to work independently and autonomously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (experience with 6Sense is not required, but nice to have)

  • Proficiency with data analysis and data storytelling (e.g., pivot tables and charts in Excel)

  • Advanced communication skills in English

  • Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.

  • Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

  • Willing to travel to conferences, tradeshows, and company events.
