West Virginia Employer Materials Analyst (Onsite) in Bridgeport, West Virginia

Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain various reports and data systems queries required for the materials department. Analyze current and future inventory levels and make recommendations for stock level increases and decreases based on usage, lead time and dollar value. Manage excess and obsolete inventories requirements. Maintain files; prepare reports and documents; and advise the Materials Manager for and during internal and external regulatory audits. Candidate must have an expert understanding of complex data structures and have the ability to extract and manipulate complex sets of data. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience with ordering, purchasing and/or maintaining inventory; OR an Associate's Degree and 4+ years of relevant industry experience; OR we will also consider candidates with 6+ years of relevant industry experience in lieu of a college degree. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP Business Warehouse applications and Microsoft Power BI. Expertly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Access and Power Point. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage and update various inventory reports. Be able to work effectively in a high-energy fast-paced working environment.
